AMANDA KIFLAY

The Stockholm native Amanda Kiflay has made significant strides in the Scandinavian music industry before relocating to London. She began her career as an A&R for Sony Music Publishing Scandinavia, where she scouted, signed and developed acclaimed talents such as Benjamin Lasnier (Megan The Stallion, Headie One), Patrick Piscot (Lil Mosey, Rod Wave), and Lukas BL (Kanye West, Gunna). Her impressive track record includes 12 #1 songs (Spotify Nordics + Official Swedish Charts) and a #1 album (Official UK Charts). Her accolades also include a “Song of the Year” win at the Swedish Music Publishers Awards and multiple nominations at the Danish Music Publishers Awards and the Danish and Swedish Grammys.

In 2021, Amanda was named among the Top 20 Under 30 by Nordic Music Biz, recognizing her as one of the emerging and future leaders in music. Her industry involvement includes serving as a jury member for the Swedish Grammys and Music Publishers Awards multiple times.

In 2022, Amanda relocated to London to advance her career. Committed to diversity and inclusion, she launched her company, March Eight Music, exclusively dedicated to managing female and non-binary producers and engineers. She also consults as Playlist Curator for Apple Music Nordics. Recently selected for the prestigious and multi-award winning programme, PRS Foundation’s POWER UP Year 4, Amanda is recognized for her dedication to breaking barriers in the industry.
